• Manual Machines: Operators set the taper to the box size and close all carton flaps.
• Semi-Automatic Machines: Operators close the flaps, while the taper detects height and width, then tapes the box.
• Fully Automatic Machines: No operator intervention needed; the taper adjusts to the box size and closes all flaps.

A variety of tapes are available, including polypropylene and paper tapes in widths of 38mm, 50mm, and 70mm, available in plain, colored, and printed options.
