Manual wrappers are fed by an operator using a pallet truck or forklift, while fully automatic models are installed on pallet conveyor lines. The integral control panel allows for selectable pre-stretch levels and wrap layers, ensuring optimal use of consumables. A variety of films and wraps are available to suit different products and climatic conditions.
Pallet Labelling and SSCC Labels
Codeology’s Pallet Labelling and SSCC Labels system streamlines the process of creating compliant labels. With pre-set designs, simply input your product identifiers and batch information, and the software formats the label to meet all SSCC and GS1 international standards. For smaller operations, labels can be printed on benchtop printers and hand-applied. Larger operations can integrate the P120 Tamp print and apply labeller into production lines to automatically label two faces of the pallet without needing a turntable. The customizable label software can incorporate traceability information and feedback to ERP systems.
